One week of hiatus → no exemptions, the requirements can likely still be made.
Two weeks of hiatus → while it is still possible to make AC, if you just know you can't make it, contact a mod about it and you will be exempt.
Three/four weeks of hiatus → you are automatically exempt for the month.

Things with slowatuses are a tiny bit trickier, since slowatus implies the player is still around and tagging - just a lot more slow.
One/two weeks of slowatus → no exemption.
Three/four weeks of slowatus → contact a mod about it and you may be exempt. However, slowatus =/= doing nothing all month. You need to have at least one finished thread per character by the end of the month.

While these rules are all nice and shiny, you can't be exempt forever. Two months of exemption are possible, then you have to make AC for the following month. However, we know RL happens, so if you just absolutely cannot manage to fulfill the requirements, contact a mod and we will discuss it out.~

Please try to settle for either a "slowatus" or a "hiatus". While a "weirdatus" may suit your situation more, we can't really work with that when we are checking through things. ;)

Now to the AC itself.~

Here be a short explanation on how it works: On the 25^th of each month, one of the mods will sit down and check, with the help of tags, whether you've all been nice and active. The exact requirements can be found under the "rules" section on the profile! This is also the reason why tagging your posts is so important - chances are that we else won't be able to see your posts/posts you commented on. So. Tag your things, lovely folk!

¹Also please note that generally, we consider a "thread" to consist of at least five comments by each character in the thread. So, for example, if you tag into a post and only tag twice, particularly if you have shown a pattern of barely making AC, we will likely not consider that a full thread.

Below is a list of those who are in danger of not passing AC this month. Should one (or more) of your characters be on the list, you have time until the 30th of September to meet the requirements. If you don't, the character will be dropped. Please note that the ones in italics are characters added this month and get a "grace" period for being new, though I've still put them on the list as a reminder.
