Kir, here, is a Five of Clubs. Genderqueer scribe and limner who tends toward businesslike with most people--unless they catch Kir's interest somehow, like sharing a nerd-dom or what-have-you.

fallenpips - Isadore's someone who may have history with Amy. She was an Eight of Spades, once upon a time, and fell to Six (with a badly injured arm) around Augustish of last year. A skilled swordwoman, she fell into David's camp as an agent for a while, before events (specifically the execution of Marcus) led to her loyalties (...more like priorities) changing. She was eventually dismissed from the Spades entirely, and is now a Two of Clubs--and loving it.

cardiosurgery - Dr. Itzhak Operman, commonly called Uncle Itchy, is my Nine of Hearts, the Heart Doctor and everyone's favorite crazy Jewish uncle. He's not Deck-born, but has been around longer than most of the kids have been alive, so close enough. He's the sort of person you go to for a crying shoulder or medical aid though, he hasn't been off-Deck personally to update techniques since joining. He gets his medical news from Frankie.

And never least, but last, I've got claudydiamond, Claudine Mafalda Agata de Beers, the Six of Diamonds. Generally known for her handicrafts (carver wooden chess sets, ceramics), she's currently stepping up to offer Avery a hand. This may or may not reduce her general level of snobbiness.
