FOR SHAME! XD He can know her NPCly, in fact I'd be surprised if he didn't.

Jimmy is generally a known face even if he doesn't live in the castle or in Town. And I'm sure it would be a relief for Frankie to know someone who is healthy-- actually eats and sleeps, what. Drinks a fair bit too, but eh.
