Other than that, Hadyn will likely run into him while sneaking in and out of Club Castle to his secret!boyfriend.

Hadyn might know her through Avery, as the only reason he usually ventures into Diamond Castle is to see Avery.

Also he is secretly dating her ex. If she even cares.

I have five people here-

Victor, Ten of Spades (

morallydefunct), is the most likely of mine to have any sort of close CR with Charlie. Mostly because Victor has no idea how to dress in anything but three piece suits these days. He will be the quiet guy that is always in need of a tailor because :| Victor is a tiny guy and no one makes suits fit well off the shelf. So yes. Come, Charlie, come be his bff.

The others are:

Hadyn, Seven of Hearts (this journal). He was born a Spade, but moved to the Hearts with his mother and brother when he was 8 years old. If Charlie was born and raised on the Deck and in the Spades, he might know him (or of him at least).,

Ceiro, King of Hearts (

heartafterheart)- They probably don't talk. If only because XD Ceiro just much care for the suits. It isn't his thing, also he has Heart Tailors and such.

Addy, Eight of Clubs (

escapeandevade)- The quite Club guy that doesn't talk much. He probably doesn't even know who Charlie is.

Laureline, Three of Hearts (

bitchofhearts) Hadyn and Jordan Novak's mother. Former Ten of Spades, former combat trainer of the Spades. She left the suit 12 years ago after secretly murdering her husband and then went about blaming David for the man's death. She's....a plotter. And Charlie probably doesn't want to know her- but he's welcomed to have been trained by her. :)

Charlie will take him under his wing and teach him the ins and outs of fashion.

Charlie's a bit stand-offish and she needs to shove him to make friends or he will hide in his fabrics.

I will love to see what develops!

And. Yes. Hadyn and Vane will be passing acquaintances, at least. Because Clubs.

Hey, stabbing is not kosher. >:( So. it's a good thing he's not like that. Amused and insufferable, he's used to. He can deal with that.

Clearly she knows Isaac. And is helping to make his wedding fabulous. Current canon is that a lot of the Berthier clan treated him poorly when they were kids because, well, he was a very odd child and a servant boy-- but Renee's a bit older, and really it's up to you.

Not sure about Olly and Jimmy-- neither of them get out much or are particularly interested in interior design-- but Wren? Wren should know her. They should both be badass glamourzons together and look faultless All The Time. Especially if she's friends with Avery, who is prooobably Wren's best friend.

Ha. Ha ha. Obviously, Olly is one of the people constantly hitting him with rolled-up newspaper and trying to drag him out for fencing training. But only because he loves him.

I don't see how he'd know Isaac, Wren or Jimmy, though. None of them are really into gaming or electronics as a whole. I suppose he might have seen Isaac from being around Spade Castle a lot, perhaps including the library.

(Maybe he gets sent out to Jimmy's farm for Fresh Air, Laddie. :|)

Elisha will...*checks timeline* not have been in the Deck yet eight years ago, so he will not have known Vane. Zoe and Jordan might have if Vane had been a Heart back then.

Avery will feed him whether she knows him or not, and Frankie is Urania's OB so they will likely meet in a profesional capacity.

I dunno who of mine would know her. :)

Other than Elisha, it's possible that Avery consulted her when redecorating the Jack's quarters earlier this year, and Avery was a Nine until January, so they were at similar ranks recently. Renee probably helped with the event decors in the event planning part of Avery's job then - she was in charge of the Kitchens and Household, and Events.

Jordan dated two of Sophie's sisters - Charlotte and Katerine - so it's entirely possible they met then or otherwise.

Zoe and Urania are less likely so far, though Renee is welcome to help with the wedding.

Jordan comes over for coffee and Zoe bonds over books and games - though she largely sticks with mobile apps. Urania probably would have adopted him, except he seems to have had an okay family. Nonetheless, they know each other. Liam is invited to the wedding and not expected to come, due to pollen.

Avery...probably doesn't know him. Unsure about Elisha.

starscrownher] Urania Apollonides, Six of Spades: He likely knows her as that woman who possibly actually thought she was a Greek muse. She's kind of stopped that, though. I don't know if Charlie does women's tailoring too, if so Urania might take things for alterations.

headfollowheart] Zoe Kattalakis, Four of Spades: Depending on how long Charlie's been gone, it's entirely likely that Zoe was a Heart when he left. She challenged across as a Four in late January. She also dates Victor, so if Charlie makes/alters Victor's suits, they might know of each other that way - but then again, it's just as likely they don't, so it's up to you.

heartsthespades] Jordan Novak, Nine of Hearts: Born a Spade like his younger brother, he switched to the Hearts at thirteen, but he still has a lot of friends in the Spades. He's also a fan of fine tailoring, so I'd be willing for him to be one of Charlie's clients.

uncutclarity] Avery Hamilton, Jack of Diamonds: Has a penchant for sleeping with Spades, so Charlie might see her in and around the Castle - but it's unlikely they know each other beyond that.

cipherspeak] Elisha Kagan, Ten of Clubs: Elisha is the Clubs' resident ~~closet Spade~~ spymaster and friends with a few actual Spades (and frenemies with the Jack). He knows of everyone Charlie, so he knows of you. :D He does tend to dress more casually, but he owns Savile Row suits for necessary occasions. However, he probably uses a Club tailor for them.

I'm going with the 'she wasn't as much of a dick as the rest of the Berthiers' ploy, as well as 'she was far too mature to be picking on him. There's, what, a 8-10 year difference between them? That would have been cruel, darling.

I haven't worked out her relations with Avery yet. I should do that.

I would imagine they could have socialized a little, though probably not as often as her and Wren did, considering the age difference. She would have likely have helped with the decor--

Yeah, probably a bit old for that. Sophie used to scold her sisters for being brats to bb!Isaac. Renee probably didn't have much reason to take notice of him until he became butler? He didn't really talk until he hit nineteen. >.>

Renee was nice to her less well-off friends. I don't see her being a bully. But no, until he started being all '*lineface* Drink your tea." she probably wouldn't have paid him much mind.

I don't know... there's an awfully large age gap there.

Really? *checks ages* Oh, possibly. Wren's 28 (shit, I missed her birthday during my hiatus :||||) and Avery's younger, I think. Well. They can be glamorous 'going out for drinksies' buddies on occasion? Wren's not very exclusive when it comes to her social circle, but I know Renee might be.

... I don't know why I thought they were 24. :| Probably because of Hadyn. I fail. Renee's not exclusive, so much as picky as to her mood/style that day - and it shows in who she hangs out with.

I suppose I should not be a brat and intro myself.

I play Renee here, who's new, and a Diamond.
I have a Club - Rylan, and if Charlie's not a doody-head, Ry'd be up for drinks and XBox shenanigans.
2 Spades, Maeve and Brennan. Brennan's the tattooist/piercer, Maeve's the mortician/medical examiner. Maeve, I doubt Charlie would be able to pull her out and chat, but you're certainly welcome to try. Brennan's affable and easy going, and rides a motorcycle. He lives/works in town.

Avery is twenty-seven, actually - her birthday was in March - so while there's enough of a difference that they probably weren't besties, they likely hung out occasionally. Renee and Säde were closer in age, though.

Urania is also 33. And Renee can do whatever she wants with the wedding, Urania is just planning to show up in the dress ~~she wishes~~.

There will be silver stars and spiders in the motif. She knows Isaac. Maybe little webs in the ceiling she can hang them from.
