It has been a month of change, and some say it might well be for the better. No mysterious letters to appear this time, and no uninvited guest came knocking on the door. All is well in the House of Cards, though strange things seem to be popping up all around. Is this a sign of trouble in paradise, or is this just a case of over active imaginations again? Who can tell, really…but rumor does have it, you know, that change is in the air.

1st – 10th

♣	Margo -Likes nothing more than a good challenge to get her blood flowing. A pity this artist can’t seem to take it easy. We here there is good money in being lazy.
♠	Zoe - Came home from Prague the same way she left. Ringless. And oh did that have the gossiping twos in the corner all a blaze. Not worry Sweet Heart, even the princesses get snubbed like that.
♠	Victor - Just doesn’t see why paper work collects during a vacation. What someone forgot to inform him was that being 10 meant being shackled to the Deck. Quick, best tie him down Queenie, before he finds a way to wiggle out of his rank.
♦	Leigh - Is having a bit of one on one time with her best friend, the littlest Ace. Careful Leigh, she might bite. Just a little.
♦	Aoife - Is letting her flower bloom, and the real question might be why. Why, little ray of Sunshine, all the change? Do we smell…Romance? No? What a shame.
♣	Juan Pedro - Is singing the single-man-blues. That sad, sad tale where a man constantly falls for all the wrong people. Buck up, Charlie…we’ve all been there. Well…some of us at least.
♠	In-Su - Is in trouble. What’s wrong little Spade? Forget to bring the fix? Getting over it? Whatever it is, best of luck with these vultures around.
♦	Avery - Isn’t a fan of Romance; particularly when it comes in the former of trashy novels involving Julien. Truthfully, now, inquiring minds want to know- have you done Julien, under the stairs? Be honest now.
Ɉ	Cynric - Doesn’t agree that art writes itself. This staff just thinks he isn’t thinking nearly outside the box enough- and really, I swear I saw the sculptures in the hall type an email just last week. Clearly it has the skills to write whatever it pleases.
♣	Carlos Jose - Knows that nothing says fall like conning money out of the unsuspecting in the guise of Scouts. And really, with that face…who could say no?
♥	Riley - Is on a bit of a war path. Woah, better watch it golden boys- this chicka takes heads as she goes. But don’t mistake this upsetted mood to mean anything more than she’s just not happy with you.
♥	Hadyn - Finds that following the Doctor’s orders are not always as easy as everyone makes it sound. With so much in his day to do, and so little time to do it? Even Hadyn is starting to wonder when he’ll hit the wall and tap out.
♠	Amy - Is feeling the morning blues, but who can blame her when waking up in bed alone? What’s wrong honey, Jack got your Tongue?
♣	Elisha - Is learning to share and play nice, with a Queen and Jack on the pay roll now one does have to wonder what he will do with all this free time.
♣	Karin - Is holding out her hand, and accepting a bigger role in day to day politics. Maybe she got bored of idle chitchat of the House Staff…or maybe she’s got her eyes on a Lonely Heart. Do tell, Karin, do tell.
♦	Eden - Believes that nothing says winter like a fall makeover. And leave it to a Diamond to do all your seasonal shopping. We’re hoping to pay her to do ours this year. Sparkle on Diamond girl, and get me my coffee.
♣	Elani - Is trying on the new title, and making faces as it slowly sinks in. What’s wrong pumpkin, not sure how it fits? Don’t worry, it is slimming in the hips.
♥	Alasdiar - Is planning a trip, a complicated trip that involves a photo and a not so secret affair…oops, we mean friendship. We swear.
♦	Mathis -Is out shopping, though it is on a budget. He’s nearly a Scrooge, honestly, with his penny pinching and what not. Don’t worry though, at least he’ll be focused on the Ramen and not the fresh fruits.
♠	Julien - Feels like taking out the trash these days, starting with Kings. But we suppose that is what counts as a bonding moment between him and his Ten. We feel for the next man to wear the crown, so much trouble those two.
♥	Tunde - Is finding that being King can be a challenge when dealing with Novaks. But he makes good efforts, we’ll give him that. And at least everyone else seems happy and pleased to have a King- even if not the good king of old.
♦	Ben - Is building a doll house, which seems a bit strange for a grown man. He claims it was for a wee girl- but, honestly, we know he just fancies them.
♣	Carmella - Is taking the throne and looking to make a name for herself, even. And truthfully, she can’t be any worse than the last Queen of Clubs- bless her poor, tired heart.
♣	Briony - is trying her hand at gardening. And with luck, we can all hope her green thumb isn’t laced with anything. Not that we don’t trust the only known living child of Medea.

11th – 17th

♠	Clive - Finds that paper work often comes with absentee Kings, and it was something he hadn’t entirely been expecting. But don’t worry- everything is always under control in this office. Just ignore the mad screams and cackling laughter.
♣	Elani - Is making the office her own, one step at a time. Sweeping away old memories and flames while you are at it love?
♣	Caleb - Is celebrating a special day with a Special meal, what a shame he is doing that all alone. Get ye a wife, Caleb. We hear it is all the rage these days.
♣	Tess - Takes being a good vet quite seriously. So much so that she really wants to know how your day went- but we somehow don’t think she’s always going to be ready for the answers she gets.
♦	Cadogan - Is the next best thing to the Cookie Monster these days. He brings all the cookies, and shares. With everyone- even the weird kids with glasses and braces.
♥	Jordan - Is working late these days, remembering what it is like to have no friends. The whole thing wears on him, being surrounded by happy, smiling people- and not being one himself. Don’t worry though, You have the King’s interest, Sir Ten.
♠	Davin - Is having a bad day, and can’t seem to make it better. And what better excuse to take a run than to blow off steam? Well, aside from stabbing someone, that is.
♦	SIlas - Is still in mourning, but welcoming in three bright stars in his life. By while we mean that the King’s grandchildren were born. But watch out, they follow in Urania’s footsteps- nothing like a family of strange names to come home to, right?
♦	Säde -Isn’t celebrating, but mourning herself. This marks the second time the Ice Queen has mourned the passing of her Jack. What a shame, not being able to keep Hector around must weigh her heart down.
♦	Melinda -Is stepping into big shoes with little chance to fill them, but only because she is so small, and Isaac’s feet were big. Don’t worry little Butler, we’ll wait at least a little while before making you the Butt of our jokes.
♥	Greylan - Likes his shoes, his manly shoes at that. But don’t worry, we are sure that it is only a symptom of a growing Metro-sexual epidemic on deck.
♣	Eileen - Is suffering the woes of childhood again, with the loss of yet one more person in her life. It is a good thing, though, that poetry doesn’t have feelings to hurt- but even if it did? It would expressed in open verse.
♥	Jordan - Is a year older but none the wiser for it. Same friends, same suit, and same terrible attitude. But maybe his cousin has something up his sleeve that promises for a brighter future- assuming that Clive doesn’t crash and burn while focusing on Amy.
♣	Leona - Is on the war path, and if your name is Hadyn- we suggest staying well clear of this Blond. She’s mean, and oh-ho-ho is she green. We predict a murder in the near future if this fire isn’t put out.

18th- 23rd

♥	Hadyn - Is catching up on sleep in the strangest of places lately. But for all his stair sitting, wall leaning, couch crashing sleeping habits- we highly suspect he is not getting any real rest. Come now, Elisha. You really should let him relax sometime. Naughty, naughty- boys.
♣	Pete - Likes to prove that sometimes he is more than Elisha’s desk clerk. Sometimes, at least, he almost proves that too. Don’t worry, Pete, we are sure everyone reads your articles still.
♠	Amy - Has her regrets, but nothing like the regret of kissing the Jack of Spades…and then face planting. But don’t worry, hun, egos bruise…but usually piece back together. Well. Most. We aren’t sure about yours yet.
♥	Cooper - Is trying to play games with the mind, really; hiding little fairies and all the like about the Green. But really, can’t we just try for something more…enlightening? Like real tigers. We like the sound of hidden tigers on the green a lot.
♠	Zoe - Is preparing to tell Victor some news, upsetting news. Family dinners, and all that just don’t seem as much fun when they are happening to you and not your best friend. But, to everyone’s surprise, we were a bit shocked when he just plopped a ring on her finger by way of saying ‘yes’.
♠	Michael - Needs a light, which is unfortunately not code for something else. What a shame, we were certain we’d get something juicy out of this one. Alas…we did not.
E	Interesting News - Rumor has it that those that fled the deck are….well a lot of things. This last batch, however, involves helping the governments outside hunt down the Deck. Worrisome, no?
♥	Judith - Is hunting out a notebook of glories past, as she promised Eileen. And notebooks weren’t the only thing she found, really, but old - ridiculous - pictures as well.
♦	Avery - Feels there is nothing like baking to make one’s self feel better. Particularly if that cake is for a Queen. Now- bake me a cake as fast as you can.
♠	Katya - Is celebrating her birthday in style, the only way a Queen should and can. With everyone kissing her feet and a few very old memories.
♣	Caleb - Thinks Age is just a number. Which we suppose is technically right- though all those aches and pains seem to multiple as that number gets higher. Strange how that one works.

24th – 30th

♠	Zoe - Zoe is pleased as punch and happy to tell everyone just how she came to be the future Mrs. Fox. Don’t worry, she doesn’t care if you judge at the moment, she’s too happy.
♠	Chives - Chives is pleased as well that his favorite two Spades are becoming a family officially. It is almost enough to make up completely for the loss and heart ache of the last year. Which is slightly creepy.
♣	Monty - Is setting a good example for what a good little Ambassador should be. He’s open to questions, ready to help…and somehow speaking with more Hearts than Spades. A bit ironic that.
♠	Victor - Is going to the Chapel, and he’s going to get married. Like any good, and right lad that he is. Though the verdict is out on how long this fairy tale will last. Anyone running a pool yet?
♥	Johnny - Has heard the latest rumors and just thinks enough is enough. Who could honestly picture Lasandra really plotting the greater down fall of Deck society? Honestly, who comes up with these things?
♦	Ben - Has pure talent, being able to mix a drink and carry a tune at the same time. It certainly bodes well for when he retires and wants to open his on pub in town- he he’ll never have to hire a band to entertain the masses.
♥	Iggy - Proves that men will always have the ‘I’m ignoring you’ trait that women find so damn irritating. Don’t worry, Igs, you still have the looks to sort of make up for it.
♦	Sade - Doesn’t think that is very likely at all. Which is fine, because we don’t think she ever thinks anything is likely. Standards, she has them…too bad they reach for the moon.
♠	Annie - Has some news, and she swears that it is true. Sadly, we never take anything from her at face value. Proof, sister, we’ll be needing it.
♠	Clive - Just needs a drink to clear his head a little, particularly when he has big changes coming his way. But, also- Dear Clive, we do encourage plastering Julien’s shocked face across public forums.
♣	Elisha - Hates the holidays, probably because he hates holiday shopping. And the poor man, so many gifts to buy this year. Well, just remember- you could have said no. We hear a blond would have been happy to hear that.
♦	Eden - Is just full of the holiday spirit, and happily singing everywhere she goes. And who can say no to that? Sparkling Diamonds singing in the not quite snowing weather- just ushers the holiday right in.
♥	Hadyn - Has strange habits to learn his lines, pacing short walls and muttering to himself between coughs. Why, one might think he was having a bit of an issue dealing with the pressure…Just a bit of one, though. That’s all.
