I think they can discuss the tower on the Green, but I imagine there are all sorts of issues (they can discuss)such as "is this thing going to just fall down?" and "is it big enough to really be a museum?" and "will anyone go inside because a lot of people are creeped out by it"

If there are only a handful of trainers, as I imagine is the case, that would give them a reason to have more than two or three conversations about it and actually have their heads together a long time.
