Maggie: Well, Rowan could ask her to handle something that for whatever reason she wouldn't bring to Theo's attention. It could become a point of conflict later between Royals if you two want to do that (or she could just inform him later). I was thinking along the same lines. I think it makes more sense for Maggie to discover the info.

Sophie: Mysterious tower is still there. I'm sure there must have been some charter. I doubt they thought of it at first since it was more of a "get away from the Arcana" thing. Later, though, personalities would have necessitated it. For one, how to handle the logistics of the centralized town, etc., would need to be ironed out.
