This is Song with her fourth character. The poor Diamonds need more mens need their own doctor, so have Rajat Kumar. (Why so many characters?)
Rajat is a Two of Diamonds, brand spanking new to the Deck, and a bit bemused by the entire thing. He's 32, a quarter English and three-quarters Indian. He was born in Suryapur, India, but spent half his life in London from an early age and holds dual-citizenship. He attended Westminster School first as a day student and then as a boarder from the age of thirteen. he went on to Oxford, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and went on to medical school. He later did two years as a surgical resident, then switched to internal medicine.
He has a dry sense of humor and generally likes people. He's prone to bouts of depression and manic activity. He enjoys games of chance and skill, is an excellent archer, was on his university fencing team and is an accomplished horseman.
Rajat lost his wife and only child in a fire four years ago and went into a downward spiral that had him leaving everything he held dear and traveling the globe trying to find meaning in his life. That search led him to the Deck.
He doesn't know anyone in-Deck since he's new, but for anyone who has contacts outside, particularly any who know London well, there's a possibility you could have met.

Avery is now in charge of HR, so she will be meeting him shortly and making sure he has an office and the infirmary is properly stocked and all those things. He might see Zoe around when she visits Sophie. Elisha? Probably not so much. Urania, however? You know he will.

Aaaand maybe these two met a few times when she was traveling for the past six years of her life?

He'll most likely remember her as that 'odd quiet woman who is still getting herself hurt.'

It can't be much worse than Westminster (with knives) and he managed that. Andrea will probably be the only person who knows about his family then. Not sure when or if he would tell anyone else.

Rajat will be the third, technically second, person to know about James and the extent of her traveling. There might be Words on how he shouldn't mention about either when they meet again.

And a Two. Hopefully that will make up a little for the inherent maleness?

I haven't fleshed out everything, but am toying with the idea that the fire that killed his family was somehow his fault because everyone in the Deck needs something to hide, right?
Quid pro quo. He'll keep yours if you keep his. But should probably iron it out before he replies in his thread.

Wren was a London girl up to the age of sixteen; a troublemaker and wild child. (Eleven years ago and beyond.) She probably picked up injuries getting into catfights, falling drunk off of bars, etc... but that depends entirely on what sort of people he saw. It might be amusing if he was her GP or something. What part of London, or should we just vaguely handwave specifics?
As for Garrett and Oliver-- we'll see what happens if/when they come across each other.

Or just randomly met through family/friends. Either way, he'd know her only as a vapid, loudmouthed, hedonistic, cheerful, practisedly charming spoilt brat.

He'll need Cadogan's files from Frankie. I am collecting doctors to lineface at Cadogan about his smoking, you see.

Rajat will put Cadogan on a treadmill alongside a nonsmoker in the same condition (possibly himself).
