House of Cards OOC

This is EJ, again. With my last character. :| I swear it. Cos it isn't like I don't have a life or anything.

This is Leon Shaw, the six of Clubs. He's an unapologetic asshole who probably hates himself more than you can hate him. He's not that social, not all that into being your friend, and really does not like it when you invade his space. But, despite all that, if you can crack through the shell, he's an alright guy from time to time.

Uh, how he got to be a Six involves more cunning tactics and cheating than any sort of fighting. Because he is a fail fighter.

He's also and alcoholic with a bit of a drug habit. :|

Feel free to try to slap sense into him at any time you like.

How I said I was back like... a week ago? That was a lie. A blatant, bald-faced lie. I was not back. I've been swamped with work and school and praying I find time to eat and sleep between those. I'm sorry about that. I have at least been keeping track of modly things.

I'm sorry about flaking, it'll get better after this week, when I don't have to train noobs anymore.

This means I could still use updating in the spymaster arena, though ♥

Now, just in case you haven't gotten to it yet (and this goes for our earlier members who just never got around to it, as well), I need you to:

• Go and comment on the Contact Post with your information, and all characters you currently play. This also means that every time you get a new character you should go back and comment with them on the post, so I can add them to your list of taken characters.


• Go comment on the Friending Tool that EJ so kindly created for us, and note down your character's username so it can be added easily. Once again, this is every time you get a new character.

This is Muzy, again, with her last character, I swear to god. Ahem.

SO. This is former Detective Inspector Benjamin C. Mackinnon of the Grampian Police Force, Aberdeen, Scotland and current Three of Diamonds. He's been here about a year, give or take, and has mostly been acclimating himself. After a semi-illustrious career in the maritime and port squad followed by the Complaints and Conduct department (That's internal affairs, or as Ben puts it, the evil betrayin' bastards of the force), Ben finds himself here after his lamentable tendency to split hairs got him in deep shit. He's 36, enjoys scotch and a pint, footy on the telly, a rousing round of golf, and singing depressing Scottish ballads when he's three sheets to the wind (there is no other kind of Scottish ballad.) He is so Scottish that it's exceptionally difficult not to write for him in the accent. And if you're English, he'll be calling you a Sassenach, so be prepared, you ken? SEE WHAT I MEAN?

Oh. And. Also.

He once arrested Victor for gun-running. :|
