House of Cards OOC

I been wanting to post and tag but coming home and working on cosplay and packing has continued to eat me. so haitus for me. I won't be back till Sept 6th. Till then don't close this game down. I love it here.

I need to extend my hiatus for another two weeks due to RL crazy. I should (hopefully) be back around the 18th/19th. Until then my characters continue with what I gave them in my last post. I have very sporadic internet access. PMs and emails will get to me, but I may not be on AIM much (if at all). Use one the former if you  need me.

Guys, I will be doing a lot of back and forth between here and the other side of the state as we finalize the auction for my mom's stuff. It's likely I won't be tagging much (if at all) so I am putting myself on hiatus for the rest of the month and possibly first week of August.

Gideon is appeasing fairies, Katya is contemplating running away and joining the circus (or killing someone, possibly both), Maggie is still looking into who stole from her garden, Monty is off paper-mooning with Eileen, Sophie is attacking Berthier House to establish the museum and also derping over her upcoming nuptials and Tess is avoiding her parents like the plague and trying to make a certain Jack's ears turn red.

 So! HoC boys and babes. I am heading off to a human rights camp and then on college visits for the test of the month. This means that tagging will happen... But not really. And I don't want to take any chances, so it's a hiatus from this point forward till the end of the month, probably. I'll miss you guys!

Just getting on the official train. I'll be on hiatus for the rest of the month. Probably I'll still have internet, so tags will be possible, but I'm just not necessarily going to have the brain power for actual tagging which isn't just me key-smashing half in Chinese. 为了清楚, there will probably not be much. Priority clearly to canon and plot and all that--give me a ping in my PM/email inbox if, say, Cadogan needs to go kill a bitch or I have otherwise promised something will happen. Routines should be way better settled by August.

So, starting Friday and ending around 26th July, I will be on hiatus due to a work trip to Jerusalem. I will probably have internet because I have a problem, but I won't be tagging - in part because it's Jerusalem and I will be out taking pictures thank you very much.

 OKAY so Rachel is headed off to the outposts for a brief visit just to check up on things/deal with an incident between some Diamonds and Clubs guards. I was initially going to have her go this week BUT due to life, she will actually be gone next week from about the 16th or so to the 25th /o/

Which is in part because I will also be a bit poofly next week. I am travelling on the 18th down to Texas and have a leadership summit that weekend so things may a bit crazy and busy so upcoming tentative hiatus/slowatus for me from around the 17/18th or so to the 25th-ish. While Rachel will be away, Rowan and Teresa will be business as usual. \o/

Just a note: the family and I will be flying to Los Angeles this weekend and will return around the second week of June. I won't be parked in front of the PC at all during this little jaunt, alas.

Affects: Ethan (who's in Italy with Avery for a while), Juliette (who's being moody and weird and more or less staying hidden from everyone), Ivona (who's doing her thing as per the usual) and Theo (who's working on hospital plans and things and generally workaholicking only a lot).

As some of you may know, EJ is currently flying her way to me. (Technically she's currently at work, but AFTER THAT...) I would suspect that we will not be spending the next six days sitting on my bed RPing, so I'm going to say slowatus for the next week. I might tag a few times, but I also might just be completely gone, and the same goes for EJ.

I am sure Ana will keep the place standing in our absence.

Some of you may have noticed I've been pretty much AWOL this month. I've had a lot of personal crud going on and have been dealing with that. It's left me feeling less than creative. I know I faded on some tags, and I apologize to anyone I left hanging. I'll try to do what I can there.

As for the rest, consider me hiatusing until the first of the month. Katya's doing her part. Sophie is knitting baby stuff, preparing for her upcoming challenge and oblivious to Adrien's shopping trip, Monty continues to spoil Blythe, Maggie probably will compare gardening notes with Briony (they have similar tastes here) Tess takes care of the animals and is learning just what it means to have a Thing with a certain Jack and Gideon continues to leave milk for the piskies, sketch nature studies for the Littlest Ace, find a certain Diamond butler fascinating and hold down a corner at Mackinnons bar. I think that's it. ♥♦♣♠

 So I'll be on slow/hiatus from tomorrow until around the 13th of May. It'll be a slowatus in that whatever threads I've got I'll keep trucking along with until they're done, albeit fairly slowly. And it'll be a hiatus in that I probably won't tag new things and might not be in chat as much. The doom of finals and all that other end-of-year shenanigans are upon me until the 10th and I'll be travelling at some point in that following week.

Everyone is doing their thing as needed, and if you need to NPC any of my kiddos (Rachel, Rowan, Teresa) for things (or if you just want to get in touch with me,) PM or email or Tumblr message me! <3

I think it is best that I just go strictly hiatus until I'm done with classes. I hope that once I come off it that Greylan can really get into his CR and get some new (old) friends lol.

Säde and Leigh will be away from the Deck starting today until mid-April, in Finland to observe Säde's brother's and mother's death anniversaries. Any Suit business that can't be resolved by the other three Face Cards or over the phone is likely to have Säde snarling when she returns. (Peter's interrogation goes on with Avery and Cadogan leading.)

Just a quick note to let you know I'll be on hiatus for a while (28 March - 9/10 April). Also, I'm dropping Archie for the time being since I don't have enough spare time or energy that writing the mad scientist requires. ._.

Lasse will be working at the Ivy or dreaming up gardening/landscape projects, sneaking around with Michael and enjoying life as he normally does. If you need anything from me, feel free to e-mail.

Just a quick FYI for everyone, Ty's computer has been stuck down my the tech gods *cough*Hermes*cough* and does not have access to DW from her phone. So she's going to be on hiatus for the remainder of this month and perhaps a bit longer.

If you need her, she says you can give in touch with her via IM (if forwards to her phone), and her kidlets are going about business as usual. She sends you all her love and her apologies. She misses every last one of you crazy kids.

Taking a break from computer life for a week or so, peebles. And...going to go ahead and drop Claudia since I don't see her making AC this month anyway. Bitches are just exhausting to write, omgwat. Will be slowly catching up on existing tags/threads, but making an official hiatus post because I won't be starting/tagging anything new for a bit.

So, since I'm a busy bug, I'm going to be extending my hiatus. I didn't even really rediscover the internet until today, and I'm out of town this weekend, and then I leave on Thursday for Spring Break. So, I'm going to label this hiatus until 3/12. I might have tag ability while I'm at Emma's, but I don't want to make promises.

• Karisa is library assistant-ing around, and also being a waitress at MacKinnon's. She doesn't have much CR, so this one isn't difficult.
  
• Pierre is. Doing things, idek. Muzy and Emma have NPC rights here. If you need him for something, ask me first.
  
• Silas is having a panic attack loving on Dr. Caleb being a King. NPC capacity falls to Muzy, Yin, and Qi, basically.
  
• Amy is being sober like a pro. Probably trying to put her hands in Clive's pants, too, but whatever. Also being a nosy bitch and trying to figure out just what Mr. Callender is up to, on top of training for a challenge and working her ass off.
