House of Cards OOC

So- uh....two hours ago- laptop was fine.

As of an hour and half ago....it insisted it had no bootable device. And now I'm stuck in limbo with it. Doesn't look good man, doesn't look good.

And being that I am insanely- "HOW DO I LIIIIIVE WITHOUT YOUUUUU" about my laptops? Um, this probably won't last long. Especially since I get paid tomorrow, and could probably afford to buy one from Best Buy if I have too much of a jones.

Interesting, and a bit upsetting is- I think I have lost all my music. :||| Pretty sure my phone is not hauling the whole collection around. And that? Sucks balls, yo.

Also what sucks balls? My photo-editing programs are GONE. ALL ZEE MONEY AND TIMES SPENT. ;;

Also- I'm hellishly picky about what I want if I am gonna be dropping the doe on this. :|

In otherwords- I have no clue how long this will last? But I will not be tagging much. :|

ETA: I lied, this will be a hiatus. :< zee laptop with with zee laptop doctors who are now trying to breathe life back into my fried chicken of a hard drive.

Or just replacing it.

This might save it. (I'll know more in 5-6 days. This may last up to 3 weeks or so? I will do my best to get tags in when I can, but for the most part- Hiatus.)

First – I’ll like to apologize for everyone who is part of the Whisper Springs event and are still waiting for not only my tags but also not putting up Day Two and Day Three event posts. Due to the announcement I’m going to make shortly enough, I’ll say this now: Timey Wimey and retconning like whoa can always happen from here on out until I return to game. Backdating is pretty much a go at this point. >_>

The event will happen still April 9 to 11 but only ICly. It’ll go on longer OOCly due to serious fail on my part and with approval of the lovely, lovely mods.

For those who can’t wait and want to know what their characters will find in Whisper Springs, please feel free to tell me now! I’ll be more than happy to supply any (if at all) information your character will get if you tell me what they’ll do. Drop a line either here or PM me. Second – Now unto actual Weirdatus explanation:

Guess who suddenly had visiting relatives crash at their place for an unknown amount of time? Guess who also has been having their entire internet sucked away due to said visiting relatives?

Me! :D

So not only is the internet super slow/nonexistent in the house but I’ll be playing hostess/babysitter to my relatives’ little ones including their terrors pets which includes a litter of rambunctious kittens and a dog who is hellbent to eat all my sneakerlaces. This means I’ll be spending a lot of time outdoors, playing hide and seek and red rover and etc, and not inside my house comfortable front of the computer screen.

Combined with all the art/writing contests I’ve joined for the summer to improve my skills and my almost-constant portfolio building so I have something to present to an art school I want to join, real life has claimed yet another party member in its team. Not sure when this spell will be let up so this is being posted soon as I have time to myself and internet to boot. There will be days I shall be tagging like crazy, not tagging at all and be tugging at a snail’s pace.

Let me know because I am seriously wondering if weirdatus = hiatus somehow. I’m sorry and I hope you’re enjoying the KiP plot despite all the fails and madness that I made you all endure. Take care everyone and don’t go having a revolt in the Deck or of that sort.
