FINALS WHAT.

Okay. You know what. It is physically impossible, in a nominal three-dimensional space, to lay out a deck of cards in any way that accurately reflects the goings-on in this Deck of Cards. Impossible. As in, normal Newtonian physics will not allow it. It takes up an entire tabletop and looks like a Tarot reading that crosses space and time. Weirder in that all the cards have names now. Playing euchre this summer will be so weird.

In related news, I am attempting to write a sonnet about either a deck of cards or The Deck for one of my final exams. Trying to defy physics is ~*a part of my process*~.

In more related news, finals (and my dad's birthday) (and a mounting cold) are taking up more time than anticipated and I will not be tagging this week. Once Friday rolls around, I can backtag. And breathing can happen again on Friday too. I'm excited for that.

I GOT IT DONE! It isn't really a sonnet anymore, more like four couplets and an irregular quatrain, but I'll post it eventually. If only any of my Cards were poets...
