Greetings, everyone. Emma here with the absolute last one ever (and I so blame

keep_them_safe for this, I soooooo do), Ethan, a Seven of Spades. Born into the Deck before David took over, he's currently one of his King's little "pet projects", or something like that. Click for history and info if ya like.

He's just returned from a two-year mission working "undercover" in the Italian mafia, details of which are known between himself and his monarch. But he did manage to bring home a few new trinkets, many of which will end up replicated in the Spade armory, no doubt. >} He'll be familiar with his Suit (and no doubt many of the higher-ups in the others), but only close with Amy and David, to an extent. Anyone new to the Deck in the past two years, expect scrutiny and probably a lot of surreptitious (annnnd, probably some not-so-covert) information gathering.

Anyways, huzzah, my lovelies and so excited to be playing with you guys more! /bounce bounce ^^

Oliver here is a Spadebaby-- he's also a Seven, and even about the same age. So. Yeah. He's been a Seven for the past two years-- give or take quite a few falls to Six followed by sharp counterchallenges that get him back to Seven. Some call him the Six And A Half of Spades. Ethan may be amused to discover that he's still at Seven after two years away. XD It seems likely they knew each other as kids/teens, too.

I also have Isaac the Crazy Butler and Diamondbaby, but he was a reclusive child and just sort of flits around giving out tea and scrubbing patches of wall with a handkerchief. So. They may have a passing knowledge of each other.

Wren came to the Deck at sixteen as a horrible brat, matured over the years and was very recently promoted to the Ace of Hearts. They could have been teenage buds if he was okay with her drama queen ways.

Aaaand Garrett's been in the Deck a few months so would be new.

With Oliver: Competition forever, y/n? Somehow I can totally see that happening.

Lol, poor Isaac, a handkerchief? Goodness.

With Wren, it's feasible. He grew up with Amy next door, so female histrionics are probably very familiar.

Yeees. Oliver is a prickly little sod anyway, so. Love it. <3 He runs the armoury and is also the Arcana delegate.

Isaac's best ever friend lived at Spade Castle, so he was there a lot. But he was (and still kind of is) a complete misfit and outcast.

Awesome. When he left, she was probably already at Nine-ish. Now she's Ace. Booyah. Sadly, he just missed her big Ace party.

Oh GOD, yeah, they'll love to hate each other, especially since the armory is more or less Ethan's home away from. And he'll be bringing some new trinkets from Outside and Oliver can look only if Ethan says so. Nyah. :P

...Isaac and Jake need to go riding or something. Totes.

Oliver will lineface so much. "I run the place. Gimme. :|||" I am a big fan of love/hate forever even if he isn't.

Isaac doesn't get on with horses. EVEN THEY OUTCAST HIM. He leads a sad life. XD But he is currently kind of dating a Spade, so! He'll probably be around Spade Castle on occasion.

She has so much work now that she's Ace. So much. But this weekend she's hitting the town with Avery, Tegan and co! Ethan's invited? :D

Cue Ethan slapping Oliver's knuckles and telling him he's not old enough to handle such sophisticated equipment. /snerksnerk

Oh, believe it! Ethan has suitcases of amazing newish clothes to try, model and preen over. It took a bus just to bring home all his collected shit. ...did I mention he's a packrat of epic proportions, too?

Followed by Lineface, Lineface Forever. It's going to end up being the old funny man/straight man routine, isn't it.

Awesome! Come get majorly drunk and rub elbows with some Influential Types. And if not influential, everyone there is going to be lots of fun. Wren has declared it so.
